Don't be fooled by the gentle pace: it is a strong class, with plenty of challenges and next steps woven in. This isn't a gym-style hype-up; instead, you'll finish feeling strong, centered, and calm.
Come back to this class whenever you need to reconnect to your breath and core. When you do, if you're short on time, jump in at 5.45min to get straight into the workout. But don't skip the breath section too often; it's the key to getting the most out of your time on the mat.
