Anxiety is different for everyone: it can range from crippling panic attacks to a constant undercurrent of unease in the stomach. Use this meditation to help manage the physical symptoms of anxiety, softening them with the breath and learning to watch them with a sense of curiosity rather than fear.
I suffered with anxiety for years, showing itself mainly as insomnia. It was a meditation that got me through those isolating and desperate nights - I hope it helps you as much as it did me.
