In this second class, we will revisit the core poses from video 1 at a slightly faster pace, as well as introducing some new ones to try, including our sun salutations. You'll finish feeling beautifully stretched out, full of fresh breath and invigorated. Take this flow at least twice - or as many times as you need - to be familiar with the poses introduced and comfortable with the pace; that way you will find a more fluid practice that releases tension in the mind as well as the body and be confident to move safely onto the next flow.
