In this seventh class, we weave together everything we have learned: core poses, breath, flowing smoothly, transitions, balance, and strength. You'll finish feeling grateful and proud of what your body can achieve, full of fresh breath, invigorated and - importantly - confident. Take this flow at least twice - or as many times as you need - to be familiar with the poses and comfortable with the pace; that way you will find a more fluid practice that releases tension in the mind as well as the body and be confident to move safely onto the next series of videos.
